Dr. Deluca earned his bachelor of arts degree in physiological psychology from New York City’s New York University, where he studied from 1980 to 1984. He would go on to obtain his doctorate of medicine degree from Ross University Dominica in the West Indies. This achievement was accomplished between 1984 and 1988. Immediately following this, Dr. Deluca would begin a three-year residency at Jersey Shore Medical Center Neptune, which is located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. This residency was for post-graduate purposes as he continued to study internal medicine.
